I got this palm today as a gift from a wonderful co-worker. He said it used to be really big and healthy and now is a shadow of it's former self. The top growth looks fairly healthy and the roots looked good. What kind is it and how do I take care of it and bring it back to it's former glory? Any help would be appreciated!
