Completed this guy today. Three feet from wing tip to wing tip. I will have him/her welded to the fence in the spring. Very heavy so don't know how it is going to work. I will wait and see.

Thanks all,
Just yesterday I finally Had the butterfly welded on the tall 7 ft. fence.He/she really looks nice but it is winter and you know the rest of the story.
I will have to plant some vines, maybe morning glories in the spring to really make it look nice. This is a whole small garden site that I have to re-do. Garden pond and all, then I will post a picture. Untill then, burrrrrr.

Milbus, sorry I did not get back to you before now, didn't see your note.
I bought the butterfly in Calf, Ramona a few years ago (saw one the other day there again. I just cut the glass, drilled holes in it (dremol tool) and wired it together with copper wire. It is holding up good with the snow. Thanks
