Carrie, thanks for the great article about celiac. I was finally diagnosed in 1985 at age 27 after suffering all my life. I enjoy all your articles. My 18 year old started college this fall too, it has been difficult not having her around and gardening is my salvation. I also agree with planting perennials in the fall too although most of my plants I start from seed. I'm hoping to plant many perrenial wildflower seeds over the next couple days.
