I've only rooted a coleus once before, but it worked. This year I took as many cuttings as I could off of my 4 plants and have begged for more cuttings to try to jump-start for the spring and now I'm a failure! My cuttings aren't rooting! Most of the leaves are still fine, but I'm not getting any roots. AAHHH!
They are on the sun room. I bought a space heater and I'm keeping the sunroom 69 to 70 degrees, I've even added a grow light bulb now. Some of the cuttings are even getting fuzzy on the cut ends.
I'm going to cry. I was so proud of myself for putting in the effort, not being lazy, being on the ball and doing things "right". Drat!
Can someone set me on the right path before it's all a total bust?
