Put lavender flowers in a bottle, and fill the bottle with vodka.
Not only you obtain an excellent toilet water, but also, you can drink it.

I think somebody on the herb forum (maybe you?) was recently talking about making a lavender tincture that way. I will have to try it... thanks!
