I had my own toiletries business for over 10 years, shutting down last year due to ill health. I've known these vendors for close to 15 years, and they're all very reputable and knowledgeable. I can vouch for their business policies as well.
Another vendor, who is meticulous, has extremely well researched information on her essential oils, and sells only the best quality suitable for aromatherapy, is Marge Clark, whom I've known for 20 years. Her prices are higher, but the quality is unsurpassed - which is why she sells them as therapeutic oils. Not for use in soapmaking, but you might wish to purchase sample sizes to compare with the soapmaking grade of oils the other vendors sell.
