Are any of you involved in one? Ours is miserably failing...to the point where they asked me (the mom of a kindergartner at my second meeting) to be vice president, which I respectfully declined since I know jack at the this point. We just got a new VP who I like very much this evening and am hoping with her we can really go to town and turn this thing around. Parents around here are either too busy or really don't care...what can you suggest to draw in more support?
We are also doing fundraisers that are too expensive and or too time consuming with our meager less than 10 person participation. Can any of you recommend other ideas? I really want to be involved and am afraid I am ticking everyone off because I am so into organization and things being done right. I can't commit to being an officer yet with my 3 year old at home and inexperience but sure would like to bring new ideas on board Thanks!!!
