I needed ladybugs for this year's Xas tree so I grabbed some styrofoam ball and air dry clay from the childrens craft sectio at Wallyworld to mak some up real quick. Now,granted they weren't prefect to begin with and I really don't mind the cracks because I like the rustic/primative look but just in case I want to make something sans the cracks. What's the best way to dry this type clay so it doesn't crack. I had these in my living room over night w/ damped down woodburning stove. I wasn't too hot nor was it too cold in there early this am.
