Adobe Photo Deluxe version 1.0 says my Scratch disk is full

Buttoneer, have you clicked the help link in the program's menu bar? I don't mean to be unkind, just point you in the right direction. It should have a section with instructions on how to do that.

Try running Disk Cleanup to clear some space
(I'm assuming XP below)
START ---> Run ---> Type in Open box without quotations: "cleanmgr" ---> Press Enter

Yes, you need to free up some disk space. Your scratch disk is most likely your c: drive.

If you are able to remove some files to back-up CD / DVD, that should help free up disk space, too.

I know in Photoshop, they suggest you avoid using your main C drive as your scratch disk. What some do is partition the hard drive and make the newly-assigned "drive" the scratch disk. Maybe that will help?
