I have been around mango trees and breadfruit... The sound when hitting zinc or the pavement is startling.. But there is no sound like raindrops against that type of roof, soothing and relaxing. Excellent article.

Thank you, Noturf, wonderful photo.
I am glad you enjoyed the article, and I wish for you always the soothing sound of raindrops on a tin roof! Have a great week.

I have been interested in prairie/cottage style gardens for a long time. My interests are mostly toward wild/native species for their beauty, resistance and
food for birds.

This "installation" was done with a Stihl trimmer to create perspective, movement and hidden spaces. I let the grass grow to twelve inches, then at random created
the curves. I planted nothing except the yellow/orange Cosmos growing wild in Puerto Rico, not seen in the picture.

If interested I have other pictures in endemismotrasnochado.blogspot.com/
also a list with botanical names of my plant collection. Thanks for your words.

Until next.

How beautiful, and yes, I will spend some time on your blogspot with your other pictures. I am going to have to familiarize myself with your climate, but it undoubtedly is heavenly.

Thanks for the photos and the blog information.
I am very interested in what you are doing/creating. Beautiful.
