The postman just now dropped off the mail and in it is a postcard reading "Article Release Notice." To receive the parcel containing jewelry I am to remit a storage fee of $6.95. The 800 number to call is prefaced with the memo that the remittance can only be made by phone with a credit card, and to have my card ready when I call. HA! They'll not get any number from me! I'd like to report the creeps behind this...any suggestions on the most effective place?
