Help!!! I have had an order for 3 different things and I don't know how to combine the invoices. Can someone please tell me how to combine them? Thanks Ibartoo

just put them all on one of the responses--explain down below in the notes that you have combined them (I never use the "form" response) and give them the total you need for all 3. Then just send the other 2 through with no tax or shipping. That's how I always do it anyway and it works good for me.

dmj, I did the same as you did. Sometimes people order 12 different things (I only sell seeds), but still I have to sent 36 mails (12 to confirm, 12 to let them know payment is received, 12 to let them know shipment is made).
If I do not send these mails the orders will stay open. I think it is not customer friendly to send so many mails.
I asked the administrator and he told me to ask my question here.
Sorry for my English, it is not my motherlanguage.

The marketplace is still a work in progress--Dave is still working on improving things so I expect fixing this issue is probably somewhere on his to-do list. But for now the only way to do it is to send all the mails.

You cannot post until you register, login and subscribe.
