I would suggest Craigslist if anyone wants to sell/swap their extra plants. This was my second year selling, ( last year I did mostly swaps) and I did very well, even had a couple of repeat customers.
The pots I used for the plants were also free on Craigslist or swapped for.

Craigslist IS really great for selling plants. I made a killing on lily of the valley this year- we have a veritable factory in the back woods. I sell below retail, but it's worth it to me- more money for other plants I want! People are even buying orange daylilies from me. I charge a pittance if people are willing to dig their own, substantially more if they want me to dig it up for them. So far, no one has asked me to dig!

China, what kind of plants are you selling?

I sell purple coneflowers, swamp milkweed, common green hostas, Agastache anisata,
Obedient plant, Daylilys, anything that multiplies in my garden, then I use the money I get to by plants and bulbs on my wish list.

I just got Obedient plant this year and a couple others that are supposed to be good spreaders like gooseneck loosestrife, so hopefully I'll make more profit next year. And ditto- I mostly use the money to get my wishlist plants :)
