I posted this under the Hydroponics section but did not get a response...

Has anyone experimented with reflective film to aid in artificial lighting? I have a fairly decent CFL system I use now, and I am cheating a little with a piece of plywood covered in an aluminum foil right now. I keep reading about all types of reflective film that supposedly provide great results... Anyone tried any of these and can you recommend one?

Thanks!
