Hope you can copy and paste this video. It's pretty incredible. The guy invented a device for stopping the blade if it senses "fingers." I watched it thru, but was so afraid I was going to see something I didn't want blood! It was the video of the day on the Kim Komando website. She sends computer tips and answers to various electronic questions every morning. Great site...

Thanks. We watched the Saw-Stop saw in action last year at The Woodworking Shows when they were in Houston. When I finally buy a cabnet saw, that will be one of my top choices.

While I have lost skin to a lot of different tools and material, I have NEVER cut muself with any saw.

I really think one would become to careless with that deal.
Pay attention & use push sticks & won't cut only the wood.
