Hey Jill, I have been most intrigued with the cinnamon articles. Had heard we mostly got Cassia. I might have overlooked it but can we get actual cinnamon here? Good job. Lee
I've seldom seen it in any "ordinary" store around here, but it can be ordered from spice houses such as Penzeys.com or thespicehouse.com. The Ceylon Cinnamon site I linked to the article also sells cinnamon, I believe... check around online!
