My SIL just recieved several Gladiola Bulbs and asked me (the family plant expert...LOL) when to plant them. I told him I though in spring, but I would check because I really don't remember. We are in 8a so we leave ours out all year, and the few I have we planted years ago. Can anyone tell me the proper time for planting? Also, if he is not supposed to plant them any time soon, how should he store them? right now they are just dry bulbs.
Thanks,
Carol
