Well, my next door neighbor and I have a motto about furnitures - "If you don't like 'em, paint 'em!"
I've been looking for something to store my platters and I had a dresser in mind, but I want the kind with legs on them, not the kind that's flat on the ground that would look like they belonged in the bedroom. We have a Goodwill close to our house and I've been watching, but nothing.
One day, I was driving past a thrift store and they had a big sign outside "everthing 1/2 off", so I went in there and lo and behold, they had a dresser that could work. 1/2 off for the final price of $27!!!
