Thanks for the gentle reminder. I lost my mom when I was 22, and though it wasn't around a holiday, I find I miss her most at Thanksgiving. I even picked up the phone to call her the first few Thanksgivings.

Thank you for a sensitive story. Holidays, particularly Christmas, have a tendency to bring out the most extreme emotions, both good and bad. You handled this very well.
