Do a search on the internet. There are several places for 20" ranges. They are made for apartments.

Thanks for the reply- I have been searching the internet for days, and other than European (esp. British) sites, the few offerings I've found here are unattractive and very bog standard. I realize that I failed to mention that I would really like one with a convection oven, as well. I know it's a tall order, but before I tear out a whole bank of drawers with a fair bit of counter top, to allow for a wider stove (also, I'm only one most of the time-don't really NEED a behemoth), I want to exhaust every possibility. Have you come across anything really high quality in your work?

Your best bet is to combine an apartment stove with a tabletop convection oven. They're large, but they work very well. Don't put any tabletop appliance that heats up over a countertop seam, however!
