    Good storyline, but your point of view changes here and there thoughout. Did you plan it that way? Try writing from the cat's point of view only. Watch how that changes everything.

    Hi Aulani61,

    Thank you for your insightful comments. Yes, I deliberately used an omniscient rather than a strictly limited point of view. I originally wrote the story from the family's point of view, but revised it to include Tango's point of view. I thought that writing from both points of view added dimension and made the story more interesting.
