Really enjoyed your article about the resolutions, Tamara.
Thought I'd share some of my seed storage with you. For the past 6 years, I've kept seed packets in old shoe boxes. I have a box or two (depending on need) for those seeds I'm ready to trade, but usually another 4 boxes of seeds ready for sowing. The 4 x 6 alphabetical dividers work well to keep the seeds sorted. Because I garden in the humid Southeast, I store all the seeds in our garage refrigerator and have been pleasantly surprised how long the seeds stay viable. The JL Hudson seed catalog does a wonderful job of including information on how long seeds stay viable.
Now if I can just get into the habit of keeping a garden journal. So far the closest I've come is my Excel worksheet where I track my winter sowing. Sigh.
