I bought it out of sheer admiration for its beauty and also out of curiosity as I never saw it before.
It had a label on it with its popular name and after a google I also found its botanical name. Unfortunately I forgot to add the name to my pictures and now I simply forgot its popular as well as its botanical name. :{
I just remember there were about 3 varieties of it on one of the web pages I had found.

Mine didn't have much taste Bignonia, but most likely that's because it was imported and perhaps not ripened enough before shipping.
I'm sure it must taste delicious in your warm sunny country! I'm envious now, ;-) it's bitterly cold over here with predictions of -12°C for the coming night!!! BBRRRRR...

Thanks htop!

A lot of folks grow the Hylocereus for the beautiful blooms: http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=images of hylocereus...

There are a few listed in PF: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/adv_search.php?searcher[com...
