Hello all. I've never grown peppers before and was dying to try some of the beautiful Numex Twilight variety. I've heard that peppers might take a little longer to germinate than other vegetables...I don't know much about seeds. Does the following information obtained on the website where I purchased the pepper seeds mean that they take 120 days to make a plant from seed? Surely not that long to germinate...I have a heat mat and lowered 4 bulb 4 ft. shop light over them. Thanks, Karen

NuMex Twilight #9523 (30 seeds) $2.60
An ornamental piquin-type chile with green leaves and purple fruit that ripens to yellow, orange, and then red. This variety has fruit in all four color states at the same time. Very striking and great for containers. 120 days.
