My big Lasia spinosa in the greenhouse pond is really going to town this year. It has about 8 blooms on it at the same time.
I am going to be dividing this plant this Spring, because I discovered quite by accident that it is hardy here outdoors. It dies back in the 20's, but the plant springs back almost instantly, sending up new growth as soon as it warms up. I've had it in an unprotected outdoor pond now for 2 years.

I likes the way this bloom was peeking out of the foliage.

Any interest in possible trades later on in the season? It will be a huge job for me to divide this plant, because it is huge and it requires me wading into the pond.

As always, I wouldn;t be able to send it to CA, TX, LA, AZ or HI.

I'd trade for other plants that interest me that I don;t have though
