I think this is from too much water, but want to be certain.
I've had this Phal. for several years. It sits on a shaded porch in summer and near a south-facing window in winter in a cool but not cold room.
Lately the leaves have started to look like this (see photo). There are several other phals next to it that have normal stiff, medium green leaves, but this one's leaves are slightly darker, very soft, and wrinkled. The visible roots look normal.
Any help would be appreciated!
