Okay, so I have this problem, I recently acquired about 40 orchids from a man who sorta inherited them from another orchid grower. Anyway, he had no clue how to take care of them. (You should've seen what they were potted in), although, they were very happy. Anyway, he thought they should be sprayed for bugs, and just sprayed them when he sprayed his greenhouse plants. He is a farmer and used liquid sevin. I have just begun the task of readying them for repotting, and have tried to get the white spots off the leaves. I tried just wiping the leaves with a towel, plain dawn dishsoap, and alcohol. Each time it gets better but the spotting is still there.
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any ideas???
Answer???
Where to go and look for answers????
Thanks!!
Janet
