I am heating up a bowl of vegetable beef soup that was made a few days ago. It always seems to get better after a couple days in the fridge.

Your right abt that. I never have much left for the freezer. I always make a huge pot full, but the kids always get to take home.

When possible, I make soup or curry a day or two before we intend to eat it. The extra time just lets those flavors come together so nicely!
