I right clicked on my photo in Picasa3 and clicked on
--Copy full path
Then I left clicked (left) in the space next to the Browse button
A picture file box opened up but not from the folder I copied the link out of.
I just right clicked in the file to open at the bottom of the box and clicked paste.
Then I clicked open.
If this works right, you will see a picture of two girls playing and I never had to worry about where exactly on my computer the file was located.
