| The title is “Remaining Faithful”. It will be the sequence of a woman who faithfully waits for the return of her husband for her. It represents the return of the Lord for the church but can also represent the love between a man and woman. These photos are of the first panel - in progress. There will be a total of 3 panels that will be sewn together when they are done. Click the image for an enlarged view.

| Notice in these photos - the first one - you see the sequins that I will line the clouds with eventually. First I will stuff the clouds with a little stuffing. Also I will remove the brown material from the bottom. It was going to be a rug but I don't like it. The second photo - notice the bottom of the window is sagging. Hopefully when I put the rod up and attach the banner to it that will help straighten it. If not, I will re-sew the bottom of the window straight.
I am now working on the woman's face. I want it to be obscure because she represents all the church or every woman. I have her face and hair done and will put the veil on again to cover her almost completely. When I get some batteries for my camera I will add the photos. Click the image for an enlarged view.

| Wow! how big will each panel be? I used to do banners for our church but haven't done them in awhile. I saw one that took up the whole wall once. It was all in gold and was of Jerusalem. It was spectacular. It also had sequins along the buildings and such.
Very nice job so far.

| Thanks! It is a learning process!
stacyr_s - Each panel will be about 5 feet tall by 4 feet wide. I've not measured them really - that's just a guess. That gold banner sound lovely and big. I'd love to have seen it. |
