    Nice article, Mitch. I agree you shouldn't gather if you don't know the how to's. My grandmother taught me how to make herbal tea from mint gathered "in the wild". My mom and I made mint jelly from the same wild mint. No apple juice. It was great, that was over 30 years ago.
