Hi. I planted some pansy seeds Jan 18th. After CLOSE inspection, I noticed they are starting to germinate. The package said to start 12 wks ahead indoors. Well, I know they are cool weather plants so I plan to plant them in March. Am I on the right track? Did I start too late?
