    Such beauty!

Thank you for sharing these lovely pictures in a nicely written article.

Some day I'll find a nice warm place to retire.

    Hi April,

It IS so beautiful. Isn't it? It is a pleasure to share the experience.

If you would like a warm place to retire, we are PLENTY warm. It has been a lovely winter. Only a few nights where it got to freezing and the days have been mild.

You take care April and all the best,
    Ben

    Ben...

    Thanks. :-)

How are the summers in AZ? Aren't they very hot?

I'd like someplace that doesn't have the weather extremes like OK.

Plus, I'd like to live in a postcard pretty place.

    Hi April,

In Southern Arizona, it is hot BUT it depens on where you go. There is a retirement community north of Tucson called Saddlebrook or even Catalina or perhaps Oracle which is not THAT bad when it comes to weather. Better still is a small town called Sunsites which is a retirement community. It is very picturesque there. The Dragoon mountains are there as is Chiricahua National Monument.

    Sounds great...

Now I just need to talk my DH into it in a few years. I keep telling him that he is getting older...hee hee...like I'm not.

    Have a great week!

For a sweet addendum, April died of cancer shortly after this. A very young and beautiful person. I still miss her,

    Hi Lou,

Oh my goodness! This has made me cry. Thank you for telling me Lou. I shall always be blessed that her words are still here for us all.

    Blessings to you,
