Jill,

I WS'ed some seeds that i got last year, and I got one plant. Planted it out, and not quite sure what happened to it, but there is a plant marker.

I'm hoping mine do bloom this year ... but i also have more seeds, so i will try again.

After seeing your quest for the Chocolate Basil... i started searching, but could not find any reference to seeds.
Just wonder about all the 'searching' for Chocolate is all about.

If the mythical chocolate basil smells anything like B. lyrata, then it's worth tracking down!

I think it's fun to have unusual plants in the garden... I get a kick out of asking people to sniff this one... pretty much everybody gets "chocolate!!" from the scent, so it's not one of those maybe-sorta things.
