Showing four stained glass windows that I had made in the past for the Whispering Pines Baptist Church.
Each window was sixteen sq. feet. Made two of this one.

Oh man, they are so nice... this is one of my goals this year, to make a religious window with Jesus. I don't know if I can draw one and do it justice though. Are those your patterns? If so, would you sell a copy of the 2nd one.. I'd probably make it 5 or 6 square feet, or just a tad bigger. Wow, they came out great, you have the gift for this type of medium.

JoAnne,

Those are really, really, really BEAUTIFUL! I'd had tried talking my DH into doing stained glass in the past - as he was a welder - but it just went over his head. 8^) The closest we ever got was visiting a shop in Seattle and admiring all the wonderful colors, patterns and supplies. We will enjoy seeing your work when we visit you this Spring. He has been whinning about a greenhouse, but I don't think it would pay off at our ages. Besides, the plastic would have to be hail proof.

Hi Happy, Just saw your note above this one.
I wish everyone that wantwd a greenhouse could have one. I love mine. Would not know what to do without it. I spend lots of time in there.
I will be anxious to see you this spring.
I have been working in the yard cleaning up from winter. What a mess.!! Everything is popping out of the ground. I have a few daffs blossoming. So pretty. Weeds galore, as oh well, that is gardening to.
Do you think that you could do stained glass if you had a low table?
Just wondering.
Take care and sorry I did not see your note.

JoAnne, No I don't think I could do that, not much feeling in my hands, except pain. If I cut a finger, it hurts really bad, then 15 minutes later, will wonder where the cut came from. LOL We got outside for the first time on Monday, 76°!!! That sun felt so good on my back. I managed to deadhead the plants around Cookie's Rock that I had left for the birds last Fall. DH did some raking and weed pulling and etc. We both over did it. But it was sure good to get out of the cabin for a change. They say we're in for some more bad weather in the next few days. Waaaaa!!

Beautiful work!

Gourd, In case you don't know this, in the past I have seen stained glass suppliers that sell round pieces with faces already painted and fused for projects like this. Might be something you would want to look into when you get ready to make your window.

Gosh, I hadn't even thought that anyone sold the faces, do you by chance know of any suppliers off hand... The other thing, we can I get Flesh colored glass? I have not seen any in El Paso, or here... and is it called flesh color? I need to get some.
