I had not read Gloria's article til just now. Both were wonderful.

Neither here nor there, but last year I bought a rosehip jam on ebay and it was such a disappointment. It was just sugar and something. Another time I went to a local Indian restaurant and enjoyed a drink, not quite like a milkshake, but not watery either. It was made with rosewater and tasted like it. I did not write the name and was never able to ask for it again. Just as well, it was divine so that likely means too many calories, lol.

Happy birthday, zuzu

Hi Vossner,
Thanks and glad you enjoyed both!

Sounds like a great drink, wish you could remember its name, but then I have no Indian restaurants in my area, so it would do me no good anyway.

Might be something to google though.

Thanks. Vossner always has interesting comments. I found out she used to work for the same department I did at the University of Alabama.

We had Rosehip jelly in Holland when I was growing up; wish I could still find it.
Great article, Sharon!

Hiya Vossner. I drove out in the country to Demopolis the other day. There were rolled up hay bails - with the sign Roll Tide!

If there is no tide you can use hay!
