I don't know if someone has already covered this...but I'm getting desperate. Something (see attached) is eating my squash blossoms. I've tried garlic spray and mint tea spray, they just flew away for a while and then came back. I could use a sevin liquid, but not sure if I will just kill off the blooms instead. Any thoughts. By the way...I'm gardening in Tobago, West Indies. Thanks

Those look sort of like cucumber beetles - tough bugs. You may try covering the plants with lightweight row covers. If you have access to Neem oil spray down there, that might be worth a try as well.

Thanks for info. I will see if I can find Neem oil spray here. Is it easy to get in the States? Seeing my mother in April; could look for it then.

Yes, Neem is fairly common. You should be able to find it in a Lowe's or Home Depot, or just about any good plant nursery. It comes in concentrated form. It's also readily available from several places online, but the shipping might be an awful lot for you to pay. :)
