I need to move this palm to a better location in my yard. For size reference, I have placed a one gallon orange pot next to it.
How much help are we going to need to do this if it's even possible? What can we use to move it?(rent?) - will a 1,000 lb capacity cart like this http://www.tractorsupply.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Produ... do? How much root ball do we need to dig up on a Ravenea like this? Any suggestions for a successful (and survivable) transplant is appreciated. Thanks!
