I had a recipe years ago for Rose Hips Pudding; don't know what happened to it. However, I'll have to try the recipe you shared.
About 10 to 12 years ago, when my neices were small, I'd make a batch of sweet PINK lemonaid in my VitaMix. You guessed it, the pink was from red roses petals. They thought I was a bit crazy. (I enjoyed eating tender dandelion leaves or dandelion flowers dipped in batter and lightly toasted.)

You need a little journal so that you can write down all these things you are remembering. I have learned to do that now that I have reached old age and am starting to get younger every day. I used to do the same thing every day, but now that I am younger, I do it a little differently. You'll see, it will happen to you in a few years!
