After seeing I also had to have this tree. I have a two year old in front lawn, full sun and is doing well. It did produce a few flowers last summer. The leaves are beautiful. I also purchased one for our lake home which the deer munched off all branches after one week of being in the ground. I will have to wait till spring to report on this one. Deer did not eat, just spit it out on ground. Maybe they will not take bites in future. I live zone 7 OK.
