What kind of grinder is best for making paprika and meat rubs and such? I don't need an industrial duty one and surely don't want to spend days with a mortar and pestle.
I love to grow peppers and I'm trying to get creative in using them. Last year I just chopped the sweet ones and froze them. I dried the hots and my son just eats the little ones whole with meals. The larger ones just get broken and thrown in the pot. This is not really satisfactory.
I hope to have a large pepper and tomato harvest this year and would love to dry and make powder of both. I need some advice before I purchase equipment so I get it right.
