Oh dear! I didn't mean for anyone else to see these. I was just testing the setting on my new camera (a coolpix as you can see from the box in the pics) to see how large they show up in the postings.

The weather is perfect right now. March & April are prime months for me for beautiful weather. Lots of sun, temps in the 70's with cool breezes. The King Cakes are all gone (my waistline is grateful) and shrimp, crab & fish are even more important on my menus. Tonight is blackened redfish!!
