Anyone interested in learning about horsefarming, Rural Heritage Magazine just came out with their yearly 'Good Farming Apprentice Network' list. There's opportunities from CA to Nova Scotia, British Columbia to South Carolina. Page 32 of the Winter '09 issue.

Market gardening, sheep dairy, logging, haying.
