I got my goji (Lycium barbarum) in 2007 by mail from Timpanogos Nursery.
Last summer I supposed it was big enough to be safe without its wire cage,
so I removed cage, and goji was eaten down to 24 inches. No limbs were
lying about. I suspect cow, tho I saw no tracks, or groundhog. Goji is growing
back, in its cage, but I can't report on taste yet!
