I really should know what this tree is. Medium size, there are several around this parking lot in Summerville, all about 18 feet tall or so. Mottled gray-ish bark.
Is it some Ilex variety? ...or something else?
Would appreciate if anyone can I.D.

Edited to add that the leaves in the photo are about 4" long.
