I have had 2 people lately that order one item then request something additional. I have explained to them to go back and click on the additional things, but they have not. I hate not to honor their request, but it is not fair to Dave for me not to have those sales registered with. If they don't go back, is it wrong to go ahead and charge them for those items??

Has Dave even started collecting his commissions yet? I know early on he wasn't but since I'm not selling on the marketplace I don't know if he's doing it now. If he's not collecting yet then I imagine it wouldn't be a problem to do it that way.

If he is, I have not recieved a bill. I guess he can see these extra sales if he has time to check out the mail with the charges and payments.

It's not as if you solicited the sale to cut out the Marketplace, so don't worry about it.

Hi. I'm actually trying to buy more than one item and I can't figure out how...I clicked "buy now" next to one of the products I want, then if I click "continue", it wants me to enter my info and check out. If I click "buy now", then go back a screen in my browser and click "buy now" next to another item I want, then click "continue", it doesn't show both items, just the most recent one. These are all items from the same seller, by the way.

I've bought successfully elsewhere online, so I'm not new ...

Thank you in advance for any help.

The system here works a little different than a lot of other sites--I think for now you do have to go through and buy each item individually even if it's from the same seller.

ecrane is correct in my experience as a buyer here. You will end up with a dmail for each item, but sellers usually combine the order on one of them. That means that you'll only need to actually respond to the one with the entire total on it.

Hummmmm - I am a seller on the Marketplace, never thought of combining all the invoices on one - I have been sending a sepatate DMail with the combined price, this would be easier.

I like it this way, then I can move all the other dmails to a folder and only communicate on the one..as a buyer it helps.
