This is the article that I needed. It reminded me to get out there and get going. Potatoes, onions and peas need a home soon.

I was weeding and raking today. I noticed how the bittercress grew bigger under some Christmas tree trimmings that I had put on iris. So with your comment about cold tolerant lettuce, I'm going to try and get that planted early and use the boughs to warm them up. Oh and maybe put some boughs over my fall spinach for protection too! Thanks
