Hi! I want to try Hypertufa this spring and I saw it years ago on Martha. I know she used some sort of white/clear fibers in her mixture to strengthen it. Is this necessary for durability? Where do I buy them. I know I have looked for them at Home Depot etc- an nobody knows what I am talking about. Also- I want to make simple troughs to start- using plastic lined cardboard boxes as molds- Can they stay outside in the Winter? I live in Zone 4- Minnesota. THANKS in advance for any advise. oh ps- can the drain holes be drilled after it has dried? or do I need to put a dowell in there or something like that to make the holes?
