yesterday on CList there was an add for a "crate full of stained glass sheets; at least seven."
At least 7? He can't count past 7 or what; and a Crate Full certainly is more than 7. Just thought it was funny. He wanted $250. the sheets looked to be 3x4 or smaller.
I've purchased alot of glass off CL.
Yesterday I was able to spend the entire day working of my project; that rarely happens.
Have a great day! Love everyone's beautiful creative pieces.

How neat.. Sac, post photos... I've been stuck on one project and haven't completed anything. Good for you on finding glass on Clist.

The glass On Clist, they were 3 x 4 as in 3 feet by 4 feet? Those are pretty big pieces of glass and quite heavy.. I've seen some of the crates that the SG businesses sell with 80 sheets of glass.. they must weight a ton. I have not found any glass around here except Hobby lobby and their stuff never changes, it seems they stock the same colors over and over.

Gourd, a couple years back I answered a CList ad from a woman who was selling out her SG store. I ended up purchasing her inventory; so I now have a store full of glass & supplies. I was trying one day for figure the sq ft; and ended up just saying ..over 2000. So I haven't bought anymore from CList; I just look to see what's out there, and hope some other hobbiest sees the deal.

OOh you lucky YOU!! I need to hit a jackpot soon, I want to make 10 windows for our house, they are not very big, but 10" by 60 inches tall, so, I have to make sure I've got enough of the same colors to finish them... I should just try to make them into connecting panels and that way I can use different colors if i run out.. but, I still want so much of the clear so that the light will still come in.

Hi Gourd and Sac Valley

If you run out of glass let me know I have a tons and I means tons of antique, new, exotic, rare etc. glasses I keep on hand at all times. I think we have around 7000 to 8000 sq ft in house at all times and have matched up a lot of glass for others. Take care
