PlantFiles is getting a new look! Just in time for spring, we're rolling out a new look for the best online plants database. It will also work with your smart phones and mobile devices, so now you can take it with you on garden center visits or botanical garden tours. Questions or comments? Please post them here.
I think a lot of the plants in the book would do great in the high desert. If you wanted to contact the director Pat Hayward, her email can be found on their website. She's really helpful adn I'm sure could answer your questions for sure. But if I had to bet money, I'd say many of the shrubs and perennials in the book would do very well in your climate.
